I loved the hotel, everything was great here. Though some of the staff were horrible, I had a great stay. My continental breakfast was tasty!

Every detail here was great, including staff and location.

Pretty standard hotel, staff were attentive and the location was easy close to everything. Also, I loved how prime the location was. There was Which Wich nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel is clean, with courteous personal, and offers prime location so close to 3 restaurants and highway and interstate 40. The pool area is nice too. Besides, it offers good wifi to guests.

Everything was perfect, perfect location in area where my room was, the staff were amiable. Reasonable breakfast, loved it with plenty of food. I've had a nice stay for the price.

we had a luxurious stay at this special hotel. rooftop restaurant was popular with good food. room had a luxury bathroom that we liked. splendid staff gave advice on things to do. the beach was stunning. location was decent, 16 miles to mcghee tyson airport, perfectly reachable.

Experienced staff, abundant breakfast, magnificent location. Rooms were contemporary, pleasantly decorated, and beds were perfect. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was particularly nice. Thoughtful service and an exceptional restaurant, available onsite. I had a really really nice stay here, outstanding value for money.

It was a REALLY NICE time staying at this atmospheric hotel. Everything here was incredible, and the weather was warm, liked it. There also was great parking and great pool.

Very clean, pretty basic hotel. The staff was affable with advice and suggestions. Room was decent sized and beds were really comfortable. Pretty decent location, 15 minutes' walk to zuma fun center. Casual restaurant right in the venue. Helpful service offered too.

The room was very clean, modern with mini fridge. Easy check-in and the staff was REALLY PLEASANT.

The room was fashioned, functional decor, plus the staff was apologetic. I got free upgrade and loved it. I had a spacious bed for great sleep. Found in a busy part of the town. It was a wonderful stay, ideal place.

This hotel was nice place for exploring Knoxville, really loved it.

We would love to go back as our stay was comfortable. Very clean room with cable channels, a coffee machine and ironing facilities. Great location, easy to get anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed to have evening drinks at Parkside Grill, based nearby.

The hotel itself was in safe neighborhood. Reasonable base for discovering Knoxville. The area contains some restaurants like Chipotle Mexican Grill within 15 minutes' walk.

The entire experience was good. The furnishings were nice. The place is 10 miles away from Knoxville downtown.

perfect for trip. we visited ebenezer church that was 15 minutes' walk away. we truly enjoyed our stay here.

An easy walk to Famous Dave's Bar-b-Que, where you can have lunch. Really loved this place, it was nice😀👍

Pleasant restaurant onsite, considerate staff. Excellent selection for breakfast. West Knoxville neighbourhood was definitely worth visiting...
